These terms apply to new purchases of the services named below. They do not retroactively change an existing client's agreement, price or subscription. Only the service selected in your purchase applies; the other options are not additional charges.
Online training options
Choose one monthly online plan. Each renews every calendar month at its stated USD price until canceled. Private jiu-jitsu is separate, and no martial arts experience is required.
Flex Foundation — $249 USD per calendar month.
A curated training track, practical habits and meal structure, monthly personalized review and messaging replies within two business days. Weekly personalized reviews, live calls and recurring clip review are not included.
Flex Coaching — $499 USD per calendar month.
Individual training, suitable nutrition targets when agreed, weekly check-in review, programming reviewed every four weeks and messaging replies within two business days. Live calls and recurring clip review are not included.
Flex Elite — $799 USD per calendar month.
Individual coaching, weekly check-in review, programming reviewed every two weeks and messaging replies within one business day. Includes up to two private clips of 60 seconds each per calendar week, reviewed within two business days, and one 30-minute call per billing cycle. Unused clip/call allowances do not roll over.
Alex reviews intake and readiness before assigning training. Weekly check-ins are reviewed within two business days. Coaching hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Recurring billing and cancellation
Before any charge, checkout must show your selected plan, start date, first charge, next billing date and cancellation method. Your selected monthly plan renews at its stated price each calendar month until canceled. Cancel renewal before the next charge through Trainerize's available self-cancellation route, or email FlexFactory11@outlook.com for help or to request cancellation. No retention call is required. Your access continues through the paid period.
Refunds and statutory rights
A full refund is available before individualized training or substantive personalized coaching is delivered. After delivery, voluntary mid-period cancellation ordinarily does not receive a prorated refund. Billing errors and inability to provide the agreed service are reviewed for a refund of undelivered service. Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights take priority.
Private jiu-jitsu — separate service
$100 USD for one 60-minute private session. Alex is a jiu-jitsu black belt. Sessions are by appointment at 9001 Opera Aly, Manassas, VA 20110. Availability is confirmed individually. Agree your time before purchase; purchasing one non-expiring session credit does not automatically book an appointment.
The service includes a dedicated intake review, personalized technical focus, suitable drills and a practice priority. Ongoing remote coaching is separate.
Give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours receive one reschedule, subject to availability. Contact FlexFactory11@outlook.com to arrange a change. No additional penalty is stated in these terms.
Participation and readiness
Exercise and jiu-jitsu involve risks, including serious injury. Online coaching does not provide continuous supervision or emergency monitoring. Relevant limitations need private review before training. You can stop, decline an activity or request an adaptation. Coaching does not replace medical care, and no particular result is guaranteed.
Jiu-jitsu may include contact, grips, falls, takedowns, pressure and submission techniques. Alex agrees the activities, intensity and partner contact with you. Stop immediately when a partner taps or asks to stop. Separate service-specific risk acknowledgments are reviewed before participation; they do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Participants under 18, or whose age eligibility is unresolved, need individual review and appropriate parent/guardian arrangements before any paid enrollment or training. A completed enquiry is not approval to participate.
Consent and information
Service acceptance, recurring-billing authorization, marketing and photo/video permission are separate choices. Nothing is preselected. An enquiry never authorizes a charge, marketing subscription or use of your image.
Public enquiry forms request contact details and general goals so Alex can respond. Keep detailed readiness and health information for private onboarding. Contact FlexFactory11@outlook.com about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. We may need to verify your identity. Records needed for an applicable legal obligation or dispute may need to be retained. Marketing or photo/video permission is never inferred from an enquiry or service purchase.
The accepted document version, participant identity, affirmative choices and acceptance time must be retained with the enrollment record, and a copy provided to the client.
